Service Desk Engineer
Francis works as part of a close team of Service Desk Engineers in our Belfast Service Centre. The Service Desk Team provide rapid response to incidents and requests via our online portal and telephone communications. Skilled in all technologies employed such as MS Entra, Azure and M365 to resolve over 85% of events on first contact.
Francis takes on a very user faced role, and has undertaken a number of onsite implementation projects, supporting new users to technology. Francis is currently working towards networking essentials to progress to working with the technical network engineering team.
Francis is a huge fan of Marvel and can be quizzed on a myriad of topics on the subject, as well as travelling having spent time in Northern America.
